Steve our yoga instructor was part David Bowie, part Bruce Lee, part Billy Connolly and most importantly, all Steve! He made a couple of novices enjoy our first experience of yoga. We are now converts and look forward to the benefits we believe it will bring.

Steve – what can I say? Completely unexpected. I’ve done Pilates for 20 years and Tai Chi for 2 years but never been able to get along with Yoga until now. He’s got me started which is amazing. Plus his spontaneous commentary and wonderful meditation sessions added a spiritual dimension to the week that I wasn’t expecting at all. Truly a 3D experience – body, mind and soul! He’s a unique and very special person, a real treasure.

I also had no idea how to manage stress, which had become a major problem for me. Meditation & ‘ therapeutic’ yoga (as per Steve & his patient teaching) is now something I will do daily – the 5 Tibetans & more – I am currently calm & intend to stay that way
What a gift With love, Beth K (10/06/16)
